Women At Work provides the following career and
job resources. Scholarships
are available for those who qualify. You must contact WAW staff in advance
for scholarship details.
- Career Resource Room - Job
seekers may look through thousands of current JOB OPENINGS from
entry-level to professional and apply directly to the employer. Our
CAREER LIBRARY has books, articles, magazines, videos and catalogs
on career planning, occupations, training programs, job search and employer
profiles. (Free of Charge; $2.00 suggested contribution)

Users Assistance Group Tuesdays

Critique Group Thursdays 2:00pm - 3:00pm - ($5.00 fee)
- Learning
Lab / Computer Lab - Use our computers to brush up on your basic
skills, prepare for an employment or GED exam (Computer use is free
of charge).
- Individual
Career Counseling - with a professional career counselor, focus
on your unique career issues. By appointment: 60 minutes $95 (WAW
Members $85). Short sessions on one topic, 20 minutes - $50.
- Occupational
Testing/Career Assessment - Take the Strong Interest Inventory and
the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. By appointment: 2 sessions $190
(WAW Members $170). 2 sessions for testing and interpretation, 90 minutes
each.
- Resume Counseling
By appointment: 60 minutes $95 (WAW Members $85)
- Private Resume
Critique By appointment: 20 minutes $50
