Career Counseling and Assessment

Professional career counselors are available to assist individuals with career exploration, career planning, and the development of an effective resume. Career counseling in the areas of interviewing and salary negotiation are also available. Daytime and evening appointments are available. Offers specific strategies for writing an effective resume.

Occupational Testing
Best utilized when undecided about your career direction or needing to confirm that you are "on track."
  • Gives data comparing you to others in a variety of careers
  • Points out career areas which match your interests
  • Provides you with information to identify personal patterns
  • Includes Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Strong Interest Inventory, and and in-depth interpretation applying the results to your career path.
