Women at Work is a career and job
resource center serving a broad spectrum of women in the greater Los Angeles
area, helping each individual to recognize and attain her full employment
and earnings potential by providing job and career resources in a supportive
environment.

Benefits
Membership helps support the
general operation of Women At Work. Becoming a member of Women At Work
has many benefits including the following:
- Free use of our Resource
Room, which is filled with thousands of job listings in all fields of
interest from entry level to technical and professional levels.
- 20% off most workshop registration
fees.
- Discounts on career counseling,
occupational testing and resume consulting.
Annual Membership: $ 60.00
6-month Membership: $ 35.00
One-Month Resource Room membership: $10.00
Social Service Agency-Annual: $ 50.00
Business Member-Annual: $100.00

Volunteer
Opportunities
Women At Work is
always looking for women (and men) to lend a helping hand. Volunteers
are asked to help 3 hours per week from either 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
or from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. or on Wednesday evenings.
- Volunteer in our Resource
Room.
- Meet and network with new
people.
- Learn more about the job
search process.
- Help with a variety of interesting
special projects.
- Help with computers.
- The Rewards of Volunteering
- Help others build self-esteem.
- Brush up on office skills.
Most workshops are free (or at special
discounted rates) after one month of volunteering. Call (626) 796-6870
to get information concerning the next volunteer orientation.
